CHRISTMAS THINGS!

Today we got out all the christmas things out. We found the christmas tree, lots of decorations and christmas books. Fun, fun, fun!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY DEAR MUMMY

Yesterday was Mummy's birthday. We had a wonderful time singing Happy Birthday and blowing out the candles, over and over and over again... Mummy had a birthday cake dressed up like a girl sheep.

SAM AND EMMA

While Mum and Dad were on a little holiday, Emma, Aunty Catherine and Uncle Andrew stayed with Sam at our house.

VISITING HAMILTON

We went to stay with MacKenie, Aunty Sarah and Uncle Shane while Mum and Dad went to a wedding with Grandma in Hamilton. We had so much fun. We love MacKenzie and Grandma too.

MORE ADVENTURES

This is Wobbly. He is the newest member of our family. His mummy had three babies and an operation so she needed someone else to take care of him. This is the first time Wobbly has been up on his feet but he is getting stronger all the time.
This is Katie's ark
"Hi Mama" says Sam.

MORE OF THE TRAIN AND LAMBSITTING

Today Kate got to visit the train too (yesterday she was sleeping). We both think it is very cool.

This is Jo 90 and Wow, Aunty Catherine's lambs. We have been looking after them for a few days. Kate is very clever at feeding them and loves to get outside with them. Sam is not so keen on feeding them but has to come and watch all the same.

TOOT TOOT!

Today the train rails broke and the train had to stop RIGHT OUTSIDE OUR HOUSE. "TOOT TOOT!" It was fantastic.
Its going to have to spend all night there as the people and their big machines haven't got it all fixed yet. Sam has been down to visit it as often as he can convince someone to go with him.
He loves to hop up on it but does not like to get back down.
"Up, up pease," "More train," "More Toot Toot!"
One of the men fixing the train taught Sam about some parts of the train. This is the ditch light and there are tail lights too. Sam loves to point them all out.

On Tuesday we needed rain jackets to go to music.
Today we need snow clothes to go outside to make our baby snowman and his big sister snowgirl. Fun!

SLEEPING

It is important to take as much stuff to bed with you as possible - and the bigger the better!

SUN AND SLEEP

We love being outside!
Today Kate slept on the floor again - underneath a fabric Pooh Bear wall hanging that she got down off the wall. Very cosy!

WE LOVE BEING OUTSIDE

"Bummers," running and jumping on the trampoline.
"Rmmmm" goes the truck in the sandpit.
Mummy said "please don't turn the hose on to get water, just pretend." So we didn't, we got the water out of the sheeps water trough in the paddock instead. We had to! There was a fire! It was an emergency!

MY AFTERNOON SLEEP

Kate doesn't always sleep when she goes to bed in the afternoon anymore. Today she was very busy organising things in her room. This is how she was found later. There is a pillow/bed and blanket for all the stuffed toys placed strategically around the room, and finally one for herself, next to Simba. She even created a bedside table for her all important drink of water. It doesn't look all that cosy but there are no complaints from Simba and Kate.

Everybody likes to slide, Kate, Sam, all the toys, cars, even Jessie sits at the top but she hasn't been brave enough to go down yet.
