Our wee boy is already 10 days old!

Flynn is settling in well now and is very much loved by all.

Our new baby Flynn

Our new baby Flynn was finally convinced to come out and meet us on Wednesday 11th May, 2011 at 2:11pm, weighing 9lb 4oz.

He is very very familiar looking!

Below he is spending some time with Dad at about 2 hours old.

That afternoon Flynn met his biggest fan club, his brothers and sister.Day 2 Day 3.

Welcome home Flynn!

Lachie adores his new baby brother. He is very attentive and loving, and loves being the big boy.

Day 4

Nana is holding Flynn after his first adventure in the baby bath. It was very difficult to get photos of the actual bath as Mum had 3 helpers all around it, each with a cloth, helping out.

Day 5

Lachie is learning all about taking care of new babies.

He has practised his breast feeding,

bathed his baby in the baby bath and even tried it out for himself!

The Big Kids and a Riverton Rocks Adventure

Lachie is a big kid now. He sleeps in the Big Kids room with Kate and Sam! Today we went to Riverton Rocks to celebrate the sunshine and enjoy the last day of school holidays. It was a great adventure. We collected shells, climbed the rocks, and splashed in the waves until eventually we had to change everyones clothes and find some hot chips and sauce to have for lunch. Cool!

The monkey bars are a favourite place to play.

Kate and Sam have learnt many new tricks since christmas.

We have had some sunny days over the last month.

Lachie and Dad love to do puzzles, especially on Sunday evenings.

"Good job Dad!" (Lachie has his hands on his tummy in his effort to be just like his Dad).

Nana and Grandad brought down the basinet and buggy basinet for our new baby. The kids are very excited and are having turns with each wee bed for their own babies. Kate has her doll 'Baby Susie' and Sam has Woody, Buzz and Tigger tucked up next to his bed. All the babies have bottles in the night bu Kate and Sam assure us that they are all very good and go straight back to sleep.

Nana and Grandad come to stay and Sammy is 4!

Nana and Grandad have been to stay with us. We have had the most lovely time together and will miss them very much. Nana and Grandad bought us the Bad Jelly the witch dvd, which the kids all love, though Kate appreciated some cuddles from Nana during the first viewing!Lachie doesn't sit still to watch much at all, unless its Peter Rabbit, so he bounced on the couch next to Nana, Kate and Sam.
Nana and Grandad came especially for Sam's fourth birthday.
We all had a wonderful afternoon tea party with some friends and family, with yummy food, pass the parcel and a Diesel 10 (the train) birthday cake. Sam had a ball and he was very spoilt! Thank you to everyone!



And he just loves his new Marble race, he has spent hours working out new runs for the marbles to go down.

Bikes

This is Lachie and his much loved helmet out on an adventure with 'Woo Woo'.

Sammy is very proudly able to ride his bike without his training wheels now. He still needs some help to get started at times but gets a little better every day. Go Sammy!
