Flynn loves to look at the Baa Baas!
Sam drew this picture in the weekend. It is of Miss O'Neill (his teacher), Maggie (Miss O'Neill's dog) and Sam. The sun is shining, the wind is bolwing, the flowers are growing and our car has rocket blasters on the back for extra speed!Driving with Flynn and Sam.
This is Flynn drumming and bouncing along to the music he is making. Great fun. Expecially when you're the only one up and you really should be in bed too!!

Flynn up and about, trip to Te Anau and a new 5 year old boy!

What a stunning day!Flynn is up and about, walking along furniture, pushing the trolley around and playing the piano too. He is still adored by all. This is Lachie's good friend Ruby and their picnic together.Sammy's kindy birthday was great fun. Sam made a blue hat, a green cake and danced for everyone to his current favourite song "spagetti bolognaise".The day finally arrived and Sammy was 5. Nana and Grandad were here to help us celebrate and see the last day of kindy and first day of school. Sam got this music playing guitar birthday card and it was just about the most popular gift of the morning. The birthday cake! Thanks Nana - it certainly hit the spot!Sam had a pool party with family and his kindy friends. Everyone had a great time and he was very spoilt. Thanks for coming everyone and for all of the amazing gifts too. He also got heaps of text messages and preseys in the post! What a day! Thanks again to all.The next day we showed Nana and Grandad our beautiful Oreti Beach. Stunning flat golden sand, gentle waves... and a stiff breeze direct from the South Pole.SCHOOL!
Sam had a great first day. When he arrived he discovered he was the leader in Room 1 and Mum, Dad, Lachie, Flynn, Nana and Grandad were all there to be a part of the prayers that he got to lead. Sam was well looked after by big sister Kate and not at all sad to see us all go home. Mum has Lachie and Flynn to look after her, so apparently she'll be just fine!

A Big Update

We've been having trouble with our slow internet so we haven't been able to load pics on to the blog. So here's a big catch up now that we are in the North Island and things are a bit speedier.

This is lovely wee Flynn at 5 months.

Lachie and his beloved 'Woowoo'.
Sam the All Blacks Pirate.

Crazy pyjama night.

Our third term school holiday trip to Gore was a lot of fun. The big trout was a highlight...

Flynn had his first swim at the awesome Gore pool...

and we went to the cool wee bike park, which despite the freezing conditions, was fabulous

Sleeping babies are gorgeous!

Show your muscles! New shin pads are pretty exciting.

Flynn loves his food and this high chair seems pretty cool too.

A wee evening nap in the hammock.

Kate and Sam play in this soccer team with their cousin Emma. They're called the All Brights. Our Invercargill christmas tree!

And all of a sudden Flynn was sitting up. He is 6 months here.

Sam's new christmas bike is called 'Neo'. He loves it.

Flynn can sleep in all kinds of places.

We came to Nana's house to help celebrate her 60th birthdayAnd we learnt to put Kate's hair into rags.

Nana's party was held at Tom's house. She was the hostess with the mostess and there were even party games.

Christmas celebrations with Nana and Grandad on the 22nd of December.

Christmas day at Grandma's house! The boys are helping Dad put together Grandma's scooter.

Kate's doll from Santa, 'Lucy' was a real favourite.

Lachie's favourite part of christmas is unwrapping and Flynn's favourite part is eating the wrapping.

Kate and Connor spent a lot of time together. This is at the pool at the Esplanade. The whole McGregor family holidayed in Napier. The aquarium was fantastic.

Connor 2years, James 2 and 3/4, Bruce 19 months and Kate 6 1/2years.

Lachie and Jack made Mummy a mountain when we had a Bbq at Tom's house.

Lachie learnt to pedal a two wheeled bike. He was very pleased with himself. Thanks for sharing your bike Jack!

Flynn learnt all sorts of new tricks. He can wave, crawl, sit up from crawling and do lots of opening, shutting, on and off type toys.

Flynn began combat crawling at 6 and a half months, he did his first real crawl on christmas day and two weeks later he was everywhere.
